Man who sliced off his nose and ears to look like a living skull says he plans to remove his genitals next

A COLOMBIAN man who has had his nose and ears chopped off in order to look like a SKULL has revealed he now wants to have his genitals removed.
Eric Hincapie Ramirez, 22, better known as Kalaca Skull, from Cartago, Colombia, also has morbid tattoos covering his face and body.

Dubbed Kalaca Skull – the 22-year-old sliced off his nose to look like a skull
Eric’s other modifications include slicing his tongue in two and having it dyed grey while getting dark eye sockets permanently inked onto his face.

He also skeletal teeth shaded around his mouth.

The 22-year-old has been slammed in the media and by members of the public back in Colombia for his macabre look.

But his Instagram feed is littered with pics of fans greeting him in the street and posing for selfies.

He told Rio Noticias website in Colombia: “Body modifications are a personal decision and should not be judged.

“It is like judging a woman for getting breast or buttock implants.

“For me, a skull is like my sister, a part of my family really, I feel very attached to them.”

He described being transformed into a walking talking skull as a “dream come true”.

He added: “I am a normal person who just happens to look a lot different than most other people.

“It’s like a different way of thinking, of dressing, a different style of music. I just feel good the way I am.”
