Niger state Commissioner Ministry Of Education, Hajiya Hannatu Jibrin Salihu has mobilized management for delivery of quality Education in the state.

With the realization that education is the bedrock of development of every society, the commissioner held a very high power managemenr meeting today 7th. January.2020,to fashion out modalities for delivery of quality Education.

The meeting dwells on improving quality and standard of education in the state amidst various challenges confronting thre sector in Nigeria.

The management meeting which was attended by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Alh. Abubakar Aliyu, Executive Chairman NSUBEB, Directors from the Ministry, Heads of agencies under the Ministry, and seven heads of zonal quality assurance and standard agencies in the state focused on how to revamp education sector in the state.

The Hon. Commissioner. Hajiya Hannatu Jibrin Salihu who chaired the meeting assured of her commitments in taking education sector to greater height, while reminding the stakeholders that for education to improve in the state all hands most be on deck.

She commended the Governor Abubakar Sani Bello for making his government to place high premium on education in the state, even as she appreciates the efforts of the stakeholders in ensuring that standard and quality of education is maintained in schools.

In his remark the
Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Alh. Abubakar Aliyu,applauded the leadership style, doggedness and foresight of the Hon. Commissioner for organizing such a high profile management meeting.

Alh. Abubakar Aliyu who also aligned himself with the stands of the Commissioner in her commitment towards given education sector a face lift, expressed his satisfaction with the performance of the stakeholders so far in their respective zonal offices, like wise urged them to improve on their previous performances.
