Nigerlites have always craved good leadership.

News Opinion

Whenever more than one person from the Power State find time to look at the affairs of the state, they wonder what it would feel like to have a man, a Governor, who would renovate and give life back to our dying schools.

They wonder why former governors allowed our water works to collapse, just like they did to our healthcare facilities especially in the local government areas.

Why did our former governors not try to link the rural areas with the urban areas? What if they had given much credence to Agriculture.
What if they invested in youths and, like in the proverb, showed us how to catch fish rather than giving us fish.

Why did they not show us even half of the love we showed and gave them?

But here we are today with a Governor who is doing everything we Nigerlites have hoped for: A Governor who has renovated and over 600 Basic schools, bought equipments to rejig and give life to our waterworks to provide us with clean water, a Governor who has built hospitals and renovated collapsed ones so Nigerlites will have access good health facilities.

Today we have a Governor who has constructed roads and bridges to open up farming villages by linking the rural areas with the urban areas, a Governor that made our state friendly for farmers by providing tractors and providing subsidy on fertilizer.

A Governor who has revived our fire service sector, and improved the welfare of our fire fighters

A Governor who has increased the salary of civil servants.

Lolo loves us, we too should love him.
